White Wine.
From simple refreshers to rich dessert wines and vibrant sparklers… Every one of these white wines has had to earn its place in our range, because we don’t believe in bringing in a wine just to plug a gap in the list. At the moment we're very excited about our imminent arrivals from Brightwater in Nelson, New Zealand - and we're looking forward to choosing something interesting from the Galician samples we've been collecting.
Red Wine.
Even when we can’t find space on the shelves for all our new discoveries, you can browse the complete selection of our famously exciting red wines (new and old) here. We've just added some really outstanding Primitivos to our list of Italian wines, and if you haven't tried the Etna Rosso from Frazzitta, you should. The cuvée Tradition from Château Jouclary in Cabardès is back with a fruity bang, and the new organics from Chile take some beating for clean, focused flavour.
Rosé.
Don’t underestimate the pleasure in a good bottle of rosé, with bubbles or without. From the home of Spanish rosé, Cigales, you can put sunshine into the softest Irish day with the Torondos rosé - and there isn't long to wait for the new vintage of the big, satisfying Shiraz rosé from South Africa's Goedverwacht. M.Gallimard's pink champagne came home from the Paris shows with a gold medal, so supplies will be strictly limited. Get it while you can!
ALL SPARKLING WINES including Champagne.
It's what Bubble Brothers are famous for. From our terrific cavas to our vintage Grand cru champagnes, by way of Moscato d'Asti and - soon - a sparkling Sauvignon from South Africa, we've got bubbles all wrapped up.
Organic and Biodynamic Wines.
Chemical-free is only the beginning... Each of our organic suppliers has a story to tell, and his or her own reasons for growing and vinifying the natural way. Can you taste the difference?
Dessert wines.
Finish a meal in stylish contemplation, or give afternoon tea a bit of a boost, or serve an aperitif with a difference. Our range of dessert wines now includes three grades of Sicily's famous and evocative Marsala; a rich, sweet red dessert wine from Hamiltons in the Barossa Valley; and a Muscat de Rivesaltes from our Fitou supplier, Cascastel.
Sake &c..
We're learning as we go where sake's concerned - but the reaction to our developing range has been very encouraging. Let us know what you think!
Corporate Gifts.
When it's time to acknowledge your clients and staff at the end of another year, Bubble Brothers are only too happy to help you choose just the right gift at the right price. Our wide range of wines, champagnes and packaging accessories means that you're just a call away from the easy answer to providing a memorable and exclusive thank-you.
Special Offers.
Here you'll find our offers on selected mixed cases, great bin end bargains, or wines that deserve a wider following at special introductory prices.

WINE GUIDE 2005.
MAGNUMS.
The one and a half litre magnum bottle is the optimum container for the conditioning of champagne, and is used by some of our producers to showcase red wines of which they are especially proud. The larger bottle costs, proportionally, a little more to produce than two standard bottles, but for a special occasion the expense is well worth it.
COFFEE.
Cork Coffee Roasters is a Cork City based coffee company specialising in small-batch coffee roasting and espresso preparation methods. Their focus is the finished product in the cup. After twenty years in Seattle, John Gowan knows a thing or two about coffee...
Wine Guide 2006.
Once again, from the very small number of samples we sent to the Wine Guide, and despite a new, more exacting selection process, six of our wines have been included in the 2006 edition of this excellent Ireland-only reference book.

Bobal.
Bobal Bobal lives under the radar. It doesn't even get a peripheral mention in most of the wine reference books, and when you do see it, it will tend to be a blending grape from the big-production, hot-agriculture regions of southeastern Spain, including the Alicante and Utiel-Requena. Its predominant characteristics are that it's dark--really dark, as in hard to see through without a flashlight--cherry-round and kind of smoky. If you see some Bobal around, it's likely to have made a wine that is easy to drink, soft, and a little lower in alcohol than most of its Spanish brethren.
Packaging and Presentation.
